Mental fitness refers to maintaining good emotional and cognitive health, which includes having a positive sense of how we feel, think, and act. It encompasses four main components: emotional, physical, social, and financial; that together contribute to our overall well being.

WHAT IS MENTAL FITNESS COACHING?

Like physical fitness, mental fitness can be trained and improved through regular practice.

Mental fitness coaching can help individuals develop the skills and habits they need to improve their emotional, physical, social, and financial wellbeing.

  1. Emotional: improve self-acceptance, self-esteem, and resilience, and develop effective coping strategies to manage overwhelming emotions. Through personalized guidance and support, mental fitness coaching can empower individuals to develop a deeper understanding of their emotions, identify triggers that may be impacting their mental health, and build skills to regulate their emotions and handle stress more effectively.

Physical: provide guidance on establishing healthy habits such as a balanced diet, regular exercise, and sufficient sleep, all of which can have a positive impact on both physical and mental health. The purpose of my coaching questions is simply to help you learn and grow. I will gently support and guide you to challenge yourself and the way you think. That’s to help you figure out what you want and why. It’s my questions that help you identify solutions: how to get there, what you’ll do—and when. Questions also raise awareness about who you are, what matters, where you get in your own way and how you could be—and do—better.

3. Self-paced sessions

Every session is centred around the present moment: What are we focusing on today? Why is that important now? What will a ‘good outcome’ look like? This ensures we make the best use of the time we spend together, and that you get the best value.
