Mental fitness coaching can help individuals develop the skills and habits they need to improve their emotional, physical, social, and financial wellbeing.
Emotional: improve self-acceptance, self-esteem, and resilience, and develop effective coping strategies to manage overwhelming emotions. The purpose of my coaching questions is simply to help you learn and grow. I will gently support and guide you to challenge yourself and the way you think. That’s to help you figure out what you want and why. It’s my questions that help you identify solutions: how to get there, what you’ll do—and when. Questions also raise awareness about who you are, what matters, where you get in your own way and how you could be—and do—better.
